Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Events Team to strategize, oversee, and implement sponsored and client-led events, including industry gatherings and executive forums.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of creative materials and other execution elements by formulating and managing project timelines for marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the tactical execution of marketing strategies that enhance pipeline development and brand visibility for alliance programs, driving business growth.
  • Proactively manage project schedules and uphold processes to consistently produce high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Facilitate internal communications within the client alliance and across departments.
  • Coordinate activities among team members while adhering to project management standards.
  • Work closely with the client Alliance Marketer and cross-functional teams to develop action plans and maintain project timelines; offer solutions to advance project objectives.
  • Engage with client Alliance teams to comprehend and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with the internal Marketing Services Team to execute marketing campaigns, including website development, social media outreach, new asset creation, and email marketing.
Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, time management, organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe PowerPoint, and strong interpersonal skills.
