As a Human Resources Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the precision and reliability of Team Member information throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmbody Our Core Values: People, Quality, Service, and Innovation
- Comprehend RH's strategic objectives and growth plans.
- Maintain and update accurate data across various systems.
- Engage with leadership and Team Members regarding HR documentation and support.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards for new hires and terminations.
- Manage unemployment claims in collaboration with external vendors and payroll partners.
- Provide general support, including account setup, employment verification, final pay processing, and Team Member record management.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to retrieve Team Member files as needed.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to existing programs and processes, assisting with communication and implementation.
- Analyze data trends to inform decision-making and offer proactive solutions.
- Resolve complex issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions swiftly.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent presentation abilities.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating a sense of urgency.
- Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to follow-through.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM) and Ceridian Dayforce is advantageous.
- Familiarity with G-suite and Microsoft Office applications.
