Role Summary:

The Store Leadership and Sales Floor Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting service, selling, and business operations to achieve an inspiring store environment. This includes cultivating community amongst the team through continued education on brand and store initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

The Store Leadership and Sales Floor Coordinator will:

  • Act as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store, aligning with the values of our SPARKED program.
  • Lead by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service, cultivating an environment where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
  • Support the store leadership team and stylists to promote unique customer events that drive brand engagement and deep connections with the local community.
Leadership + Team Management

The Store Leadership and Sales Floor Coordinator will:

  • Actively participate in leading the sales floor and driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication; guide the team to prioritize the customer experience and achieve store objectives.
  • Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process to ensure we retain a diverse and engaged team.
  • Utilize brand resources to champion employee development and support initiatives such as the SPARKED Journal, employee recognition, and team-building activities.
Visual + Business Operations

The Store Leadership and Sales Floor Coordinator will:

  • Support daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking product, and helping with facilities or IT issues.
  • Collaborate with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni-fulfillment processes; support visual standards, product stock levels, and markdowns.
  • Provide feedback about team training needs to support optimal scheduling and payroll allocation to drive sales and brand initiatives.
Communication + Relationships

The Store Leadership and Sales Floor Coordinator will:

  • Contribute to an inclusive work environment by actively listening to others and seeking different perspectives.
  • Check in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives.
  • Adopt a people-first philosophy, prioritizing employee engagement and actively sharing store priorities and brand messages with the team.
  • Provide insights related to the customer and staff experience and communicate feedback to Service and Styling Manager.

Role Qualifications:

  • Anthro brand fan
  • 1+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Experience being a team player
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization

Compensation:

USD $26.00/hour. Please note that this role may be eligible to participate in the Sales Bonus Program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range.
