About This Role:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for completing the intake process, educating clients and their representatives, and managing a full caseload of clients with high level of customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred
- Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member
- Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services
- Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes
