Job Title: Account Manager

Murals Your Way is a leading provider of custom printed wall murals and wallpaper. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Inside Sales Team.

Job Summary:

The Account Manager will be responsible for communicating with prospects and customers via phone and email to find the perfect solution to their wall décor needs. This role will involve handling incoming calls and emails, making outbound calls to existing customers and prospects, and producing written quotes for prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails about Murals Your Way products and services
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and prospects
  • Produce written quotes for prospects
  • Follow up and coordinate order processing through all phases of the production process
  • Manage and coordinate communication between the client and the graphics and production departments
  • Maintain an up-to-date client database by recording key activities, transactions, and communications with clients
  • Pursue opportunities for upsell, renewal, or new business, whenever possible
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role that included making outbound calls
  • Previous prospecting of B2B clients is a huge plus
  • Must possess a high sense of urgency and the ability to keep organized while performing multiple tasks
  • Previous experience working in a CRM or database to enter and maintain sales activities and client communication
  • Ability to effectively navigate the internet
  • Knowledge of the print business is helpful
  • Interest in design and décor is a big plus
  • We are only looking at candidates in the Twin Cities metro area
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
