About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Goldstein, Garber, & Salama. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding patient care, utilizing your expertise in dentistry and dental hygiene procedures to deliver exceptional results.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient care, from initial consultation to final treatment.
  • Participate in our Hygiene mentor program, receiving guidance and support from experienced mentors to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry and dental hygiene, attending training sessions and workshops to further your education and career.

Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Georgia and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
  • Clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.

As a part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
