About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at Terminix Nation. As a Commercial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including commercial property managers and owners
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a commercial setting
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity
