Clinical Supervisor Role

Providence Medical Group is committed to providing high-quality patient care, and we are looking for an experienced RN to join our team as a Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of healthcare by overseeing clinical staff, developing and implementing clinical best practices, and ensuring state and federal compliance.
As a Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising clinical quality, providing coaching and mentoring, and analyzing patient data to inform care decisions. You will also collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver efficient and safe care, while promoting a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.
We offer a salary range of $47.98 - $75.94 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation based on experience and performance. You will also have access to comprehensive benefits, including a retirement 401(k) Savings Plan, health care benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, and time off benefits.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience, as well as National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification and Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
