At Providence Medical Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Newberg, OR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.

This role is an integral part of ensuring state and federal compliance and providing high-quality patient care services in an efficient and safe manner. You will also provide direct patient care at the top of your RN scope of practice, using the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.

We offer a competitive salary of $47.98 - $75.94 per hour, plus additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience. You must also be competent to analyze patient data with an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, spiritual, and chronological maturation process.
