**About the Role:**

The Nursing Practice Supervisor Position at Providence Medical Group offers a unique opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patient care. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians, developing clinical policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of clinical staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior staff members to promote career advancement.
  • Providing input on hiring decisions and contributing to the creation of a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of RN experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Experience working in an ambulatory care setting, preferably with a focus on outpatient services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
