Salary Range

The salary for this role ranges from $47.98 to $75.94 per hour, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Role

The Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor is an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing professional nursing expertise and upholding clinical practice standards. This position oversees clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices, as well as ensuring state and federal compliance and clinical support for patient care services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and development
  • Implementation of clinical best practices
  • Ensuring state and federal compliance
  • Providing direct patient care at top of RN scope of practice
  • Coordinating patient care activities with other healthcare team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Nursing degree with 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • 3 years RN experience managing complex patients or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff in outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environments
