We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Providence Medical Group in Newberg, Oregon. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled RN to lead and mentor clinical staff, drive quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the growth of our ambulatory care services.

Job Overview

This Clinical Nursing Supervisor position plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction in our outpatient clinics. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of RNs, medical assistants, and other clinical support staff. Your primary focus will be on providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help them excel in their roles and deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of RNs and clinical support staff in our outpatient clinics
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Mentor and coach clinical staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop action plans to address any areas of concern
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate degree in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oregon
  • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles, preferably in an ambulatory care setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
