Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor Role

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in Newberg, OR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the clinical staff performance, develop, and implement clinical best practices. This role requires strong analytical skills to analyze patient data and ensure state and federal compliance.
This position offers a competitive salary of $47.98 - $75.94 per hour, including opportunities for additional compensation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a retirement 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching, health care benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, and more.
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience. You must demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to coach and mentor, and competency in analyzing patient data.
