  • Program Development: Design and implement effective programs, products, and services that meet the needs of our members and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years executive experience leading an organization or division, with responsibility for overall management, including financial management and program implementation.
  • Ability to see and develop the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology and tools needed to communicate, manage, and lead an organization.
  • Self-directed and able to set and achieve goals with minimal oversight.
