Job Summary:

The Shredding Account Executive is a key role within Corodata, responsible for driving revenue growth through outside sales activities. This individual will partner with the Operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, from sales to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities, including cold calling and prospecting, to generate new business and acquire additional revenue from existing customers.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential new and existing customers, highlighting the value proposition of Corodata's services.
  • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and customer engagement, using data to inform business decisions.

Customer Relations:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Training and Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Corodata's products and services, using this knowledge to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the commercial moving, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales revenue and target margins, with a strong focus on customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Travel Requirements:

50% travel throughout the assigned geographical area to meet with customers and walk customer sites.
