About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lexus Sales Professional to join our team at Penske Motor Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized vehicle introductions, highlighting features and benefits that match customers' lifestyle and individual needs.
  • Present financial and other information upfront and transparently, ensuring customers feel confident in their purchasing decision.
  • Deliver an engaging and exciting experience for customers, maintaining high ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Valid Occupational Sales License and California Driver's License, with a safe driving record.

  • A competitive base hourly compensation of $17.75.
  • Commission compensation based on sales performance, with no upper limit.
  • A production bonus based on individual or team performance, with no fixed upper limit.
