About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Minimum 18 months of business-to-business sales experience, with a focus on new account generation
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
