Job Summary

The CRM Analyst will be an integral member of the CRM division at Lunar Solar Group, reporting to a CRM Manager. This role will be responsible for owning the content creation process for all CRM assets, executing on reporting to track KPIs, and informing omni-channel growth. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who want to develop a deeper understanding of a brand's marketing mix. Working closely with the design team and paid media team on cross-channel projects, the main objective of this role is to help improve and optimize customer lifecycles within the CRM channels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work directly on 5-10 clients in the DTC CPG space, helping to build, develop, and optimize their retention programs to drive conversions and LTV.
  • Develop and manage the content calendar and strategy for designated brands alongside the manager and design team.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to analyze findings, identify trends, share learnings, and recommend new strategies across clients.
  • Coordinate and traffic all client tasks within the project management system, ensuring all aspects of the email/SMS production process run smoothly.
  • Execute on all email, SMS, and push builds within their designated platform; assist with in-platform logic for email and SMS campaigns and automation.
  • Execute and evaluate ad hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly email reporting, with thoughtful analysis and recommendations.
  • Provide internal and external notes, complete with weekly action items and necessary updates.
  • Write compelling briefs that capture the goal of the email and tone of the brand.
  • Stay current on email best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas, and/or technologies to deliver on KPIs.
Requirements
  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of digital marketing experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities; willingness to be hands-on.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a must.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Experience compiling, analyzing, and tracking data to aid in decision making.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with campaign management tools and/or an ESP is a strong plus.
  • Customer segmentation experience is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of CSS or HTML is a strong plus.
  • Experience in the development of marketing assets and collaborating with members from creative and e-commerce teams.
  • Ability to think strategically, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; team player with the ability to communicate well among cross-functional teams.
