Compensation is directly tied to your efforts and aspirations; on average, our agents earn approximately $85,000 in their inaugural year by adhering to our training protocols. This position operates on a commission-only basis, driven by your ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a client pipeline, including prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Generate leads through various communication methods such as calls, texts, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide consultations to potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Become knowledgeable to effectively assist clients with tailored information and services.
  • Learn to adeptly handle objections and challenges.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and monthly national training sessions to enhance your business acumen.

Job Type: This is a full-time, commission-based role. You will operate as an independent contractor, with your earnings reflecting your efforts.

Expected Earnings: $60,000 to $120,000 annually.

Experience Requirements: A current Real Estate license or a willingness to obtain one is essential. Previous sales experience is advantageous.

  • Real Estate License (Preferred)
