Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing memberships, personnel, and marketing efforts to ensure the success of our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Create and manage the operational budget, oversee the maintenance of facilities, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Membership and Sales: Develop and implement effective membership sales and retention strategies, and oversee the sales process to meet revenue targets.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the club and its services, and collaborate with vendors to secure partnerships and promotions.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members, and ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous management experience in a fitness or health-related industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong customer service skills.
