Job Title: Head of Sales

Raya is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and establish a strong sales engine. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets the company's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets sales targets.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure sales success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and KPIs to optimize the sales process and improve performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree desired.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, particularly experience selling voluntary benefits to employers.
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven experience driving partnerships with health insurance companies and brokers.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and sales processes.
  • Strategic salesperson with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
