Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

GardaWorld is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage all administrative human resource functions for the GardaWorld Security Services branch team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage candidate management, including interacting with applicants, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including drug screens, background checks, and new-employee orientations.
  • Build and maintain branch employment records and reports, including I-9s, W-4s, and direct deposit elections.
  • Manage uniforms, maintain inventory, and review invoices.
  • Verify licenses and license compliance reporting.
  • Process terminations and respond to unemployment claims.
  • Maintain transfer request reports and monitor driver compliance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field desired.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, human resources environment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and tech-savviness with experience in proprietary and mass market systems.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
