GardaWorld is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage all administrative human resource functions for the GardaWorld Security Services branch team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage candidate management, including interacting with applicants, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including drug screens, background checks, and new-employee orientations.
- Build and maintain branch employment records and reports, including I-9s, W-4s, and direct deposit elections.
- Manage uniforms, maintain inventory, and review invoices.
- Verify licenses and license compliance reporting.
- Process terminations and respond to unemployment claims.
- Maintain transfer request reports and monitor driver compliance.
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field desired.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, human resources environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and tech-savviness with experience in proprietary and mass market systems.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
