About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to support our growing efforts and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and curating engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Support the execution management of Raft's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Help plan and execute marketing activities for industry events, conferences, webinars, and other promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, growth, and people, to support the overall marketing strategy and contribute to the success of various initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or BD role, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and data reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for technology, defense, and supporting the mission of the U.S. military.
