Medical Device Assembler

Advantage Technical is seeking a skilled Medical Device Assembler to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for assembling, cleaning, and packaging medical devices in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble medical devices according to engineering process records, drawings, and standard operating procedures.
- Utilize personal protective equipment and report near-miss incidents and first aid events.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices to maintain an ISO Class 7 environment.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to change control procedures.
- Identify and escalate potential process or product deviations to minimize scrap, rework, and customer returns.
- Maintain daily organization and cleanliness of individual and common work areas.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy by correctly returning unused parts and components to stock.
- Comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Meet internal production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in a cleanroom production environment.
