Medical Device Specialist

At bioMerieux Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their medical devices are functioning optimally.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance and fine tuning of assigned bioMerieux products/systems within the U.S.
- Provide ongoing support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our medical devices.
- Assist with coordination and maintenance of the routine fine tuning customer schedule.
- Answer internal and external customer inquiries and ensure documentation of activities in our ERP system.
- Develop problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for remote/phone support.
- Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Associate's Degree in a technical or life science field with 0 years of experience required OR High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in customer service, medical device, or troubleshooting related military also accepted.
- Customer service and troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Clinical laboratory experience and/or medical device industry experience preferred.
- Networking or LIS/LIMS experience preferred.
- Knowledge of bioMerieux products and Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail, great organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
