Medical Device Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Assembler to join our team at Advantage Technical. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, cleaning, and packaging Single-Use assemblies according to Engineering Process Records (EPR), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and package Single-Use assemblies in a cleanroom environment.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any incidents or near-miss events.
  • Adhere to cleanroom protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to maintain an ISO Class 7 environment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to change control procedures.
  • Identify and escalate potential process or product deviations to minimize scrap and rework.
  • Maintain daily organization and cleanliness of work areas.
  • Contribute to inventory accuracy by correctly returning unused parts and components to stock.
  • Comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
  • Meet internal production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a cleanroom production environment
