Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at La Frontera Center Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the quality of services to clients, coordinating day-to-day operations of the program, and recommending and implementing changes that would improve the delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the manager with administrative and clinical supervision of staff and volunteers, evaluating their performance and making recommendations for personnel actions.
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the program, scheduling meetings, and ensuring quality assurance of service delivery.
  • Monitor individual staff and intern performance to meet productivity standards, recommending changes to improve service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain at least one clearly defined program area, ensuring regular supervision and review of staff performance.
  • Comply with and ensure compliance by staff with the agency's standard of care for service delivery, assisting with Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Utilization Review as assigned.
  • Ensure quality service delivery, including clinical care and documentation, maintaining all client records in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in ad hoc committees and work groups as assigned, providing instruction and training for interns and staff.
  • Adhere to the agency's policies and procedures, maintaining professional conduct consistent with ethical professional practice.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a directly related field.
  • Crisis, call center, and chat & text experience preferred.
  • Experience in the mental/behavioral health field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm in stressful situations and collaborate/work in a team environment.
  • A fingerprint clearance card is required or eligibility to obtain one.
