Maintenance Operations Coordinator - Engineering
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance program, maintaining our properties to the highest standards, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure our properties are well-maintained and running efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance work orders, including scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and facilities, to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance or building trades.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including preventive maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
