Responsibilities:
You will assist with direct patient care procedures, obtain patient history, take Vital Signs, prepare Charts, assist with medical examinations, and perform routine procedures under established protocols.

Qualifications:
You must have a High School Diploma or GED Certificate, current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in Arizona, and a Valid CPR Card.
