Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care, including routine check-ups, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of diagnosis, treatment options, and aftercare instructions.
  • Manage complex patient cases, involving multiple comorbidities and specialized care requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Essential Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.).
  • Current Arizona medical license in good standing.
  • CPR/BLS certification.

Salary Range

$200,000 - $250,000 per year.
