Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in emergency or adult critical care as a licensed RN and hold a valid RN license for the states served by their assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient situations to determine appropriate actions for monitoring and treatment in critical care scenarios.
  • Employ critical thinking to manage and support both adult and pediatric patients, following physician orders.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped aircraft environment, adhering to all safety protocols and conducting regular equipment checks.
  • Communicate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and healthcare facilities in a professional manner.
  • Share vital information during shift transitions and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with required certifications and participate in ongoing training necessary for this role.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in emergency or adult critical care as a licensed RN.
  • A valid RN license for the states served by your assigned area.
  • EMT Certification where required in applicable states.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications must be obtained prior to flight status.
  • Trauma Certification as required.
