Job Overview

vTech Solution is seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist - Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Haven Health Douglas (SNF) in Douglas, Arizona. This is a PRN 8-10 hours weekly position with no schedule available.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients with communication disorders.
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
  • Conduct therapy sessions, including articulation, language, voice, and fluency interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Arizona.
  • Experience working with adult populations, particularly in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
