Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Critical Care Specialist with Global Medical Response, you will be responsible for assessing patients in critical care situations and determining the best course of action to support their treatment. You will work closely with physicians to manage the care of critically ill or injured patients, utilizing your critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean aircraft environment, performing regular equipment checks, and adhering to safety protocols and briefings. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will work collaboratively with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in an emergency or adult critical care setting as a licensed RN. Current RN licensure in the states served by the assigned area is required, as well as EMT certification where necessary. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are also required prior to flight status.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior flight experience and instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS are preferred qualifications for this role. Advanced Certification (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) within 24 months from date of hire is also desirable.
