About the Role

This Customer Experience Representative position requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
  • Premium Management: Process premium payments, policy changes, and endorsements accurately.
  • Data Input: Enter new business quotes, policy information, and other relevant data into our AMS360 system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers, agents, and company personnel to resolve inquiries and provide policy information.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in an insurance call center or independent agency environment.
  • Licenses: Virginia Property and Casualty License preferred.
