We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at LD&B Insurance Services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career in the insurance industry. As a Commercial Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting new business opportunities, developing and presenting insurance solutions to clients, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial insurance market.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects;
- Develop and present customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of clients;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support;
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred;
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry;
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
$63,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
