Position Overview

Role Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing, guiding, and enhancing the Human Resources (HR) division, ensuring adherence to legal standards and the effective execution of the organization's mission and talent strategy. The individual will manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company protocols. Additionally, this position will supervise or administer various HR functions such as benefits and leave management, payroll processing, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, employee recognition programs, workplace safety, and professional development initiatives.
