Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production requirements and ensure crew members are meeting expectations.
  • Provide accurate payroll and revenue information to management.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Support and guide crew members in achieving maximum results.
  • Assist with equipment repairs and scheduling of preventive maintenance.
  • Participate in the bidding process and obtain necessary permissions for crews to begin work.
  • Communicate effectively with management and crew members, ensuring a smooth flow of work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Crew Leader or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to walk utility lines and operate equipment.
  • Valid driver's license, CDL, and/or medical certificate required.
