Position Summary:

We are currently seeking new resident coordinators to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Clinical Administrators with various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of Ascension House.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a recovery-oriented setting is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 months of sobriety or abstinence from substance use.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in engaging with diverse individuals.
  • Background in crisis intervention and mediation techniques.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in logical problem-solving, both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Meets educational and competency standards as per organizational policy.
  • Experience with computer data entry.
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
