Boston, Massachusetts, United States DoiT Full time
Job Description

DoiT is a global multi-cloud innovator that helps simplify the most important cloud challenges. Our vision is to deliver the true promise of the cloud by making it more accessible and transformative.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Leader to join our team. As a Product Management Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep contextual understanding of our business, our clients, our users, & their needs
  • Curate and maintain our product strategy, ensure it is communicated clearly to all stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with Executives and other cross-functional leadership to ensure the product strategy is aligned to the company vision, and the operational needs of the business
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and manage the performance of our growing PM team members to a high standard of excellence
  • Help the team derive product plans from strategy, translate them into actionable work that is communicated transparently to all stakeholders, and protect critical priorities
  • Connect directly with our customers, maintain a strong sense of their needs and opportunities, and appropriately promote the capabilities of our products
  • Refine, define, and govern a pragmatic set of PM processes that are suitable for DoiT, including (but not limited to) product research, definition, and validation (pre/post-ship)
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement to find and maintain the appropriate balance of priority and speed
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to nurture a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the broader R&D structure and processes always serve our core product objectives
  • Collaborate closely with our Client Services organization to ensure our products and services are complementary and well orchestrated into a cohesive vision.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Product Management leadership experience at B2B SaaS companies, ideally delivering products to technically-sophisticated public cloud users
  • Significant experience with cloud-native technologies, and knowledge of infrastructure pricing and discount methods in AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
  • Experience as a highly visible and responsive leader and a disciplined operator that is biased towards taking action fast
  • You understand the vital connections between product delivery and the various go-to-market and finance operations, and can influence every part of that system
  • Ability to lead with empathy - you expect high performance, but coach, guide, and show PMs how to achieve it if they stumble
  • An understanding of the FinOps market, with exposure to cloud billing, and an understanding of how infrastructure consumption translates to cost
  • Familiarity with cloud service catalog offerings, market trends, and managing an integrated products and services go-to-market strategy
  • You recognize that change is a constant in the cloud market, and you're comfortable processing and leading team(s) through those changes
  • You actively seek both qualitative and quantitative information, can leverage the combination of these to make fast decisions, and are committed to measure, learn, and adjust quickly
  • You have excellent communication skills, in all its forms
