Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join our team at Hargrove Engineers & Constructors. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in improving the reliability and sustainability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sustainable reliability performance by leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical support to production and maintenance personnel, including criticality analysis, root cause failure analysis, and maintainability analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI data to identify and resolve reliability issues proactively.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sustainable solutions to optimize cost and improve asset effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance personnel to provide training and services related to operation, design review, repair, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and optimization of risk-based PM and PdM programs.
  • Lead culture change and promote continuous improvement through LEAN Manufacturing tools and Six Sigma methodology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 6+ years of relevant industrial experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with formal reliability programs such as TPM, RCM, and RCFA.
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment installation and predictive maintenance methods.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including CMMS software (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office suite of products.
