Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Specialist to join our team at TRC Talent Solutions. As a Regional Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or Exceed Annual Sales Quota: Drive incremental revenue through successful sales activities, including lead generation and conversion.
  • Identify and Qualify New Business Opportunities: Grow pipeline by developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) within organizations and leveraging customer relationships to increase revenue in the region.
  • Provide Expert Clinical Support: Offer expert clinical, fitting, support, and training to Acute and Alternate Site facilities regarding all aspects of the company's products, services, and technologies.
  • Build and Expand Customer Relationships: Consistently deliver best-in-class customer service, resulting in customer retention and organic sales dollar growth within existing accounts.
  • Articulate Features and Benefits: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the company's clinical approach versus other manufacturers, including its products, services, and technologies.
  • Stay Current on Products and Best Practices: Maintain advanced clinical knowledge on injury prevention products, along with advancements in science and evidence in this category.
  • Create Awareness and Conduct Sales Presentations: Create awareness of solutions, conduct sales presentations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and introduce products and services in the market to healthcare professionals.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Support strategic initiatives, model best practice consultative selling techniques, understand competitors' market strategy, and consistently identify and propose new ways to educate customers and topics from which they will benefit.
  • Analyze Data and Prepare Reports: Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Improve Customer Support Capability: Improve customer support capability through efficient planning and scheduling techniques, driving teamwork, maintaining consistent, open lines of communication with external and internal partners.
  • Demonstrate Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and ownership of your region.
  • Demonstrate Core Values: Demonstrate TRC Talent Solutions' core values and a role model of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required.
  • At Least Five Years of Healthcare Industry Experience: Required, with supply chain and wound care experience preferred.
  • Hands-on Consultative Sales and/or Account Management Experience: Required.
  • Thorough Knowledge and Understanding of Sales Applications and Principles: Required.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 75% required.
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively: Required, with strong influencing skills to represent the needs of stakeholders to managers.
  • Strong Judgment and Balanced Decision-Making: Required.
  • Excellent Writing, Organization, Communication, Customer Service, and Presentation Skills: Required.
  • Vendor Credentialing Obligations: Must meet all vendor credentialing obligations as required to complete essential job duties.
  • Valid State-Issued Driver's License: Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
