Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting, including Forecasts and Month-End processes, utilizing tools such as Quore, Hotel Effectiveness, BirchStreet, and various Brand tools.
  • Assist in the design and documentation of process workflows.
  • Collaborate with department leadership on all processes, SOPs, and strategic design integration.
  • Ensure timely adherence to month-end schedules by property leadership.
  • Monitor, track, and report service scores across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate and track brand initiatives, standards, and requirements.
  • Oversee brand compliance, including QA results and action plans.
  • Create and maintain presentations for weekly meetings.
  • Coordinate with various disciplines for meetings, reporting, and communication.
  • Support the development, standardization, and accountability of departmental planners and project management tools.
  • Assist department leadership with Quarterly and Annual Incentive Reporting as necessary.
  • Support corporate office tasks such as inventory management and supply coordination.
  • Coordinate quarterly access audits for the owner portal in collaboration with IT.
  • Compile and collaborate on month-end decks with all disciplines to ensure timely delivery for owner review.
  • Create and proof all ownership decks, communications, and outlets.
  • Organize monthly P&L meetings with ownership, quarterly reviews, and AOP presentations.
  • Schedule meetings for weekly revenue strategy sessions.
  • Summarize, track, and maintain Internal Audit results and action plans with due dates and tracking.
  • Produce and deliver P&L reporting as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in property-level Hotel Operations is essential.
  • Management experience as a Front Office Manager is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven capability to foster positive relationships.
  • A 4-year college degree in Business, Hotel Management, or a related field is strongly preferred, or relevant work experience.
