Job Summary:

The Corporate Security Receptionist will be responsible for monitoring visitor activity, watching for suspicious behavior, and ensuring the security of the establishment. This role requires exceptional observation and decision-making skills, as well as a strong understanding of office technology and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor visitor activity and watch for suspicious behavior
  • Utilize office software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Word Document
  • Monitor access control and challenge those without proper identification
  • Maintain the visitor management system and check visitors and guests
  • Issue badges and access cards and maintain secure logs
  • Monitor a CCTV system
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position
  • California Guard Card
  • Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
