Enterprise Account Manager at Spectrum Enterprise

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Spectrum Enterprise, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and former clients, connecting them with beneficial combinations of our solutions. You will use consultative sales techniques to provide dedicated account management and work a strategic sales approach to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and develop product solutions to meet those needs
  • Cultivate new opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet sales goals and deadlines
  • Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
  • Valid driver's license

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of computer networking, internet solutions, and fiber connected networks
  • Relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to manage change and shifting priorities
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four or more years of B2B sales experience selling telecommunications products
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Familiar with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
