About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to exceed business performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and develop the sales team by providing expert-level sales knowledge, coaching, and training.
  • Drive day-to-day execution to achieve business performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and navigate contracts and legal discussions between multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify relevant influencers and decision-makers in companies and build strong personal relationships with them.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Enterprise sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying).
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales management experience.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions between multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify relevant influencers and decision-makers in companies and build strong personal relationships with them.
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, high energy, adaptable, and inquisitive.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience.
