Job Title: Regional Business Director

UroGen is seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Director to lead our commercial efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a commercial team to support the launch and promotion of Uro-Oncology products
  • Deliver financial objectives, including sales goals and ROI metrics
  • Develop and train a cross-functional team, including sales reps, market access managers, and certified nurse educators
  • Build and leverage relationships with key customers throughout the region
  • Manage account relationships with large and small Urology, hospital, and pharmacy accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device experience
  • 3 years of sales leadership responsibility
  • 2 years of hospital or large account experience preferred
  • 2 years of Urology experience preferred
