Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in California and Hawaii. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and increase market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and increase market share in the region
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key distributors and retailers in the region
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the spirits and/or beverage industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong relationships with key distributors and retailers in the region
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
