Job Title: Field Service Professional

Job Summary:

Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Professional to join our team at our Springfield location. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work with experienced personnel to create and develop innovative solutions from conceptualization to prototype development.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and equipment
  • Coordinate with team leads to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members
  • Conduct testing and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and refine procedures and designs in collaboration with team members
  • Manage logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the military, construction, or skilled trades industry
  • Hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical assembly
  • Logistics management experience
  • Ability to read and understand conceptual drawings or blueprints
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work in restricted mobility areas and confined spaces
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Compliance with Nightwing's Silica Monitoring Program
  • Willingness to apply for Nightwing's Non-Commercial & DOT Driving Programs
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to prepare written training documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medium and/or heavy equipment operator
  • Military or special operations experience
  • Journeyman license or equivalent certification in a skilled trade (e.g. plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
