About the On-Field Quality Control Specialist Position


Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality of our programs and venues by conducting regular assessments and providing feedback to staff. Collaborate with site managers and instructors to deliver exceptional training and support. Foster a positive and engaging environment for our participants and their families.

Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Provide coaching and guidance to help staff meet or exceed our standards. Identify and develop potential leaders within our team.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience playing two or more of the following sports (Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, Soccer, Flag Football). Minimum of two years of coaching experience in one of the following sports (Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, Soccer, Flag Football). Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Reports to:
Athletic Director, i9 Sports Loudoun County/Fairfax County.

Compensation and Schedule:
$25/hour + reimbursement for mileage between venues. Approx. 8-10 hours on Saturdays and/or Sundays. Will include participation in additional training dates (2-3 per season) during the week in preparation of the upcoming season. Flexibility to schedule time off weeks in advance of the impacted season.
