- Content Coordination: Manage the distribution of communications and post approved content to the communication center.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to share relevant news via intranet, email, and other channels.
- Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content for the Agent Knowledge Library and the field-facing intranet.
- Field Meeting Support: Provide support for field meeting content to ensure it is engaging and aligned with corporate strategy.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate effective collaboration and strong communication skills.
- Time Management: Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Mastery of verbal and written communication is essential.
Work Environment: Hybrid model in a normal office setting. Travel: Occasional travel required (10-20%). Hours: May require irregular hours outside of standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Pay Range: $24.00-$37.00 hourly non-exempt position ($49,920 - $76,960). Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
